#technique 3.Steam paneer
It’s a healthy dish. Low oil and tasty also
Ingredients
- 200 g paneer
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp greated coconut
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 green chili
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- 2 tbsp card

Steps
Take all ingredients
Keep paneer aside. Mix all ingredients together in grinders add paneer and mix well.
Add mustard oil. Mixture is done. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
