#technique 3.Steam paneer

It’s a healthy dish. Low oil and tasty also

Ingredients

  1. 200 g paneer
  2. 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  3. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  4. 2 tbsp greated coconut
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 2 green chili
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tsp mustard oil
  9. 2 tbsp card

Steps

  1. Take all ingredients

  2. Keep paneer aside. Mix all ingredients together in grinders add paneer and mix well.

  3. Add mustard oil. Mixture is done. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
