    DIRECTIONS

  • In a bowl, place chicken. Pour oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over. Sprinkle with herbs of your choice. Toss chicken breast to coat.
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil that has been lightly greased. Transfer to a 400º F preheated oven and bake between 23 to 26 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breast or until the internal temperature reaches 165º F.
