In a bowl, place chicken. Pour oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over. Sprinkle with herbs of your choice. Toss chicken breast to coat.
Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil that has been lightly greased. Transfer to a 400º F preheated oven and bake between 23 to 26 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breast or until the internal temperature reaches 165º F.
Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
