Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  1. 600 cc water
  2. 1 Can tomatoes
  3. 3 pieces Cabbage
  4. 200 g Bacon
  5. 1/2 Carrot
  6. 1 Onion (small size)
  7. 15 cc Olive oil
  8. to taste Salt
  9. Grated garlic (1 tsp)
  10. 2 consomme cubes

Steps

  1. Put olive oil and grated garlic in a pot, and fry vegetables and bacon.

  2. Add water, consomme cube, and a can of tomatoes.

  3. Boil the vegetables until they get tender. Then, add salt and black pepper to taste.
