Tuna Okura ☆ Don
This is one of my favorite simple breakfast I grew up with. It is very satisfying and it doesn’t make me hungry so quickly.
- 3 mid size Okura
- 1 half can of White Solid Tuna
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Shirodashi
When you buy Okura, look for small ones. The bigger ones look appealing but they are more harder. If you can find only big ones, you can boil for 2 minutes(short time).
Cut Okuras into 2mm slices.
Put ? in a bowl and put Okura and Tuna over with Mayo and Shirodashi.
Option: You can use Masago eggs instead of Tuna and you can always add Sesame-seeds and Furikake topping.
