    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place pie crust into pie plate.
  • Saute frozen spinach, carrots and onions in non stick pan for about 5 minutes.
  • Add ground beef, garlic and seasonings.Cook until beef is no longer pink.
  • Stir in flour.
  • Scoop into pie crust.
  • Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce.Pour carefully over meat mixture.
  • Place pie onto cookie sheet and place into oven.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
