DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place pie crust into pie plate.Saute frozen spinach, carrots and onions in non stick pan for about 5 minutes.Add ground beef, garlic and seasonings.Cook until beef is no longer pink.Stir in flour.Scoop into pie crust.Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture.In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce.Pour carefully over meat mixture.Place pie onto cookie sheet and place into oven.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.Source: Read Full Article
