Vegitarian Veggie Melt

Can easily be turned into vegan version.


  1. 1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  3. 1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
  4. 2 cloves Garlic
  5. 1/8 th cup Vegan mayonnaise
  6. 1 slice Paperback cheese
  7. 1 Tsp Parsley
  8. 1 Wheat hoggie bread roll
  9. 1 TB Can't believe it's not butter


  1. Take butter, onion, bellpeper, and mushrooms and add them into a frying pan. Sautee vegtables and butter on low for 10-15 min.

  2. Take cloves of garlic and peel and dice finely. Take vegan mayonnaise, parsly, and garlic and combine together until well incorporated to make garlic mayonnaise spreed for sandwich.

  3. Butter both sides of biggie and toast to desired likeness. Take a slice of peperjack cheese and lay on top of finished sauteed vegtables.

  4. Take toasted hoggie roll and spreed garlic mayonnaise sauce onto both sides. Add finished vegtables and cheese to bread.
