Spicy Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 12large eggs hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup diced sweet onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet-hot pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon dried celery flakes
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning (such as Cavender’s®)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 pinches ground paprika
  • Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine eggs, onion, mayonnaise, relish, celery flakes, mustard, chipotle powder, Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and paprika in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

    Yellow mustard can be used instead of spicy mustard.
